We produce year end accounts and file them with HMRC and Companies House ensuring full compliance. We work on a fixed fee and the fee will be agreed way in advance of the work starting so there will never be any unexpected bills

We offer a full bookkeeping service usually using Sage or Xero online accounting software. We can either collect documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices etc in person or it can all be done electronically. As well as bookkeeping we can also offer a management accounts service where we can provide you with information such as cash flow, budget comparisons, performance rations etc which can be helpful for you to make decisions on running your business

Being a sole trader you are not obliged to produce a set of accounts each year, however you need to be keeping records of your income and expenditure in preparation for filing your tax return with HMRC. Some customers prefer to keep records of these in a paper envelope and send to me once a year and some prefer to be more on top of things and know where they are standing each month/quarter. We will always advise on staying on top of your finances more regularly than annually 

If you employ staff and pay them through the PAYE system we can offer you a full payroll service from setting up the payroll all the way to running payroll and sending RTI reports to HMRC. We have many years of payroll experience and we guarantee you will stay fully compliant

We can help you with advice on VAT registration, which scheme to go with and complete your VAT returns and submit to HMRC. We know how complicated the VAT rules can be!
